Property Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Claims Professional to join our dynamic claims team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing property claims from end to end, working across a diverse portfolio that includes both intermediated and direct customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage property claims in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively manage claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination.
- Respond to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage incoming call enquiries, providing clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in property claims handling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to different customer groups.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven time management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
