Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced claims specialist to manage a broad portfolio of commercial property claims.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of corporate/commercial property claims handling experience, including business interruption. They will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service and technical claims management with a proactive approach to achieving strong results for insureds.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad portfolio of commercial property claims and provide high levels of customer service and technical claims management.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on claims trends, portfolio development, policy wordings, and risk issues.
  • Evaluate and settle claims fairly and efficiently.
  • Build relationships of trust with customers and broker partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of corporate/commercial property claims handling experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • A high level of professionalism and personal responsibility.
