Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Dedicated Office Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, ensuring seamless office operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist with general HR tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required, utilizing strong administrative skills.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, taking into account all necessary details and logistics.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a preference for proficiency in other languages such as Chinese.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
