The Youth Justice Team Manager position is a key leadership role within our organization.
This involves overseeing the allocation of resources, managing and resolving complex operational issues, and preparing various written documentation and reports to ensure strategic objectives are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team contributing to reducing reoffending in young people.
- To play a critical leadership role through delivering on broad strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will need:
- Experience in managing teams and resources for smooth delivery of services and organizational change.
- A thorough understanding of the Youth Justice System, particularly relevant legislation and the Victorian Youth Justice program principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with effective relationship-building at all levels.
- Proven written communication skills and ability to provide strategically appropriate recommendations.
