Job Opportunity

The role of People and Culture Coordinator is a new position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and coordination of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, workplace health, safety, and well-being, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

This is a practical role with significant interaction with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices, effective communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate induction activities and ensure onboarding provides a positive employee experience.
  • Support the review and updating/creation of policies, procedures, and templates to meet legislative requirements and improve employee experience.
  • Contribute to the development/improvement of systems and frameworks to streamline People and Culture processes.
  • Establish and coordinate the Workplace Health, Safety, and Well-being Committee and initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs and conduct employee surveys to audit their effectiveness.
