We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a smooth and consistent experience across the employee life cycle, as part of our newly created People Services team that supports talent acquisition and HR operations processes.

The ideal candidate will have solid previous experience working as a People Services/P&C coordinator in a fast-paced environment, with experience in recruitment coordination, preparation of contemporary recruitment strategies and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare employment contracts, variations, and secondment documentation, ensuring alignment with organisational requirements.
  • Ensure necessary screening and compliance checks are completed ahead of commencement, supporting safety and integrity across the workforce.
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the onboarding journey, helping them navigate each step with ease.
  • Be the first point of contact for all People & Culture enquiries.
About You
  • Diploma in Human Resources or tertiary qualification in HR.
  • Solid previous experience working as a People Services/P&C coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, preparation of contemporary recruitment strategies and documentation.
