Data Engineer, Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a critical role in modernizing and managing our databases and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support redundant systems, disaster recovery policies, and data archiving to ensure the integrity of data assets.
  • Analyze and resolve technical support incidents in our AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Design, build, install, and configure database servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Automate workloads in AWS, leveraging tools like PowerShell and scripting to streamline infrastructure services.
  • Manage database operations, including strategic planning for production databases, data migrations, and system upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in database administration, information technology, or database architecture.
  • Expertise in DBMS technologies, including SQL Server, Amazon RDS, Athena, and Oracle Databases.
  • Proficiency with AWS cloud technologies such as EC2, EMR, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and IAM.
