- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, with an expected response time of less than 10 minutes.
- The company will provide the exact response details, and you will simply cut and paste the response to the email client.

- Diagnose Email Subject and Body for Keywords
- Login to the Company's Support Website
- If you find a resolution, you will copy and paste the response in the email response to the customer.
- If you cannot find a resolution, you will create a new support ticket and provide the required information.
- Experience in Customer Service
- At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, specifically in email support.
- Technical Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook web.
- Good to excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience or familiarity with international freight forwarding (all models).
- Experience or familiarity with logistics.
- Computer savvy and online abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to cope with stressful situations and meet deadlines with limited guidance.
