Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to spearhead commercial property management across our esteemed portfolio in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial properties, with in-depth knowledge of the Melbourne property market. They will be responsible for leading tenant communication initiatives, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, and overseeing daily operations including leasing, reporting, capital expenditure, and debt collection.

  • Develop proactive tenant engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premium services
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, reporting, capital expenditure, and debt collection
  • Support budget preparation, outgoings estimates, asset planning, and quarterly reporting

The ideal candidate will possess a Victorian Agents Representative Licence and tertiary qualifications in property or a related field. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with MRI software, are also highly desirable.
