Commercial Property Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Real Estate Team. This role involves managing and growing our portfolio of Commercial Property clients' insurance requirements and placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with Commercial Property clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent).
  • Insurance broking experience, ideally looking after an SME or commercial book.
  • Prior experience managing a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
  • Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
