About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering successful events from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement function packages that exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee the operational delivery of functions and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service
  • Lead and support teams to ensure smooth service and set-up, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Manage timelines, logistics, suppliers, and on-the-day operations with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring events to life, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and guests
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive bookings and revenue growth

  • Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on operational excellence
