With a passion for creating seamless events, you will be responsible for managing the full event cycle from enquiries and quotes to contracts, planning, and delivery, ensuring every conference or event exceeds expectations.

The Role

You will coordinate all aspects of event planning including BEOs, contracts, invoicing, vendor liaison, and internal departments, promoting the resort's events and conferencing facilities to drive business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event planning including BEOs, contracts, invoicing, and vendor liaison.
  • Qualify and confirm event proposals aligned with business strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts, book spaces, and coordinate food, beverage, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months experience in a similar role within tourism or hospitality.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
  • Professional presentation and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.
