Event Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Event Director to oversee the successful delivery of events at our new venue, Northern Grounds. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement exceptional event packages that exceed guest expectations
  • Manage the full operational delivery of events, including timelines, logistics, suppliers, and on-the-day operations
  • Lead and support teams to ensure smooth service and setup
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive bookings
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and guests

  • Proven operational experience in events, hospitality, or a related field
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Leadership skills and hands-on approach to problem-solving
