Job Title: Financial Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting and leading the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role within a large, high-volume transactional environment. They must possess strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.

The successful candidate will drive efficiency and continuous improvement in AP/AR processes through optimal use of the ERP system and automation opportunities. They will also lead the development and implementation of centralised invoicing and debtor recovery procedures to support consistent and efficient practice across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
  • Develop and implement centralised invoicing and debtor recovery procedures
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in AP/AR processes
  • Manage competing demands and priorities

Requirements:

  • Experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
