Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at our Queensland Distribution Centre (QDC). This is a permanent opportunity that requires strong commitment and focus on Safety & Quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, monitoring, and improving safety within all areas of the distribution centre. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively promoting, monitoring, and improving safety within all areas of the distribution centre
  • Promoting and demonstrating behaviour in line with company Values in Action - Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork, and Sustainability
  • Driving continuous improvement and quality expectations

To achieve this, the Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Coach to identify skills gaps and develop an Individual Learning Plan. The role also involves training and developing employees on all processes, safe job procedures, and standard work.

The ideal candidate will have strong systems-based knowledge of SAP and excellent communication skills, including active listening skills. They will also be able to liaise effectively with warehouse employees and QDC Leaders, and have a willingness to take initiative, act decisively, and proactively remedy situations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' warehouse experience
  • Previous experience leading a team will be highly regarded
  • LF (High Reach) experience essential; LO preferred
  • Ability to pass national police check and drug and alcohol test
  • Australian full working rights
