Bar Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Bar Manager to bring individuality, creativity, and passion into turning the ordinary into extraordinary.

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of bartenders to perform at a world-class level, maintaining and elevating standards.
  • Oversee daily bar operations, beverage program development, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to drive financial success and uphold brand standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, ensuring health and safety compliance, and contributing to revenue-driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring the bartender team to deliver exceptional service and cocktail craft.
  • Streamlining bar organization to maximize efficiency during peak service times.
  • Cultivating and evolving a high-quality beverage program reflecting industry trends.
  • Managing beverage COGS, implementing cost controls, and ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
  • Conducting regular training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years in a senior bar management role within a high-volume hospitality environment, ideally in a premium venue.

  • Proven ability to elevate the guest experience, with luxury service delivery for VIP clientele.
  • Expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits menus with awareness of industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage beverage COGS and drive profitability through pricing, promotions, and upselling while maintaining brand integrity.
