The Role Overview

Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindsetDrive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagementUnderstand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to achieve successTake pride in your venue, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all timesOwn your space
Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safeTake the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs
