The Spiritual Care Coordinator provides high-quality spiritual care to residents, their families and staff.
This position requires a strong commitment to spirituality and genuine care for people. The successful candidate will lead the Spiritual Care team, ensuring that resident choices and preferences are respected and supported.
Main responsibilities include providing spiritual care resources that meet identified needs, supporting residents in preparing for end of life, and developing innovative approaches to spirituality.
We seek applicants with relevant qualifications and experience in pastoral care, chaplaincy or ministry. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can work within a multi-disciplinary team, and has experience working with elderly communities.
This role is an opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation creating sustainable caring communities through transformational leadership.
Key Requirements:- Relevant Pastoral Care, Chaplaincy or Ministry qualifications
