Job Description

The Commercial Pricing Analyst will play a key role in driving pricing and commercial decision-making for our postpaid portfolio. This includes plan pricing, handset pricing, and multi-service bundles. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating insights and information to help shape and manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive pricing and commercial decision-making for the postpaid portfolio;
  2. Present recommendations, commercial analysis, and trading updates to key stakeholders;
  3. Prepare and present weekly performance reporting packs as required;
  4. Conduct research and analysis to generate insights into competitor activity and customer behaviours;
  5. Monitor profitability and develop recommendations to maximise profitability and meet budgetary targets;

Key skills and qualifications include:

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant or similar field;
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail with a commercial focus;
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication;
  • Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Powerpoint;
