Job Opportunity

This pivotal role requires confidence in customer interactions, including managing difficult conversations and troubleshooting solutions to production constraints and timings.

  • Schedule orders for manufacture and delivery to meet customer commitments, following standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain production schedules, ensuring timely order completion based on customer demand, material availability, and capacity constraints.
  • Proactively plan factory production and logistics, working closely with sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Communicate lead-time changes and address capacity issues, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Attend production meetings, report on non-completed items, and discuss any changes to lead-times.
  • Support the team to ensure delivery teams represent the brand with pride and meet quality and service standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve day-to-day issues, complete root cause analyses, and take corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask and prioritise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and quality customer service. The selected individual will be able to work calmly and efficiently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment.

About You

A strong background in administration, customer service or previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly desirable. Additional key requirements include:

  • Agile thinking, methodical approach, and high organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with builders and customers.
  • Practical problem-solving abilities, combined with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Competency with MS Suite and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
