Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing and motivating the team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to drive commercial success and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee all retail operations within the store, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Act as a role model and lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Train and guide team members on brand product knowledge and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate team efforts to consistently execute Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication plans.
  • Cultivate individual team members' performance by providing coaching and motivation.
  • Share best practices to enhance overall store team performance.
Requirements
  • A solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership or supervisory position.
  • Motivation, energy, and passion for achievement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail leadership or supervision, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
