Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee EIS/EES projects in marine settings as an offshore wind expert.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage fieldwork and reporting for marine baseline studies.
- Drive projects to deliver exceptional results within scope and timelines, maintaining strong team and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with technical leads to achieve superior project outcomes.
- Support senior directors in client relationships and business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior colleagues to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental planning and impact assessments on offshore projects, including 5+ years in environmental consulting.
- Excellent project management and delivery skills, including budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Relevant tertiary degree in Marine Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Authorisation to work in Australia.
