  • Sustain client relationships and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in environmental planning and impact assessments on offshore projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Tertiary degree in Marine Science, Engineering, or a related field.
