Senior Offshore Wind Environmental Impact Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead environmental impact assessments for offshore wind projects.
- Lead EIS/EES projects in marine environments and as an offshore wind specialist, ensuring sustainable and environmentally responsible project development.
- Develop and deliver superior outcomes for clients through collaboration with technical team leads and account directors.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams, and contribute to a positive team culture by mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in environmental planning and impact assessments on offshore projects, with 5+ years in environmental consulting – international experience desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and communications.
- Tertiary degree in Marine Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and authorisation to work in Australia.
