We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Banqueting team. This role involves setting up, serving, and cleaning up after banquets and ensuring guests have an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest that sets the tone for their experience.
  • Provide high-quality food and beverage service according to banquet operation standards.
  • Prepare and serve drinks promptly.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment.
  • Take on additional duties to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 23 kg, which may involve bending and kneeling.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable you to turn issues into opportunities.
  • The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
