Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Banqueting F&B Attendant.

This is a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Your warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service will create unforgettable moments for our clients.

  • Create a positive first impression for every client and guest, setting the tone for their experience with us.
  • Provide high-quality food and beverage service, following banquet operation standards.
  • Prepare and serve drinks promptly.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment.
  • Take on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.

We need from you:

  • Previous experience in F&B service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 23 kg, involving bending and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities for great guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Australian working rights.
