About Banquet Services

We are passionate about delivering exceptional banquet experiences. As a Casual Food and Beverage Attendant in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service during events.

This involves setting up, serving, and cleaning up after banquets while ensuring guests have an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience
  • Provide impeccable food and beverage service following strict standards
  • Stay present during events to understand the needs of guests
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment
  • Minimize waste and communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns
  • Take on ad-hoc duties to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in F&B service is preferred
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 23 kg
  • Detailed focus and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Flexibility to work across rotating rosters including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification and Food Safety Certificate
  • The unrestricted right to work in Australia
