Banquet Attendants play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests. This is an opportunity to join our team as a Banquet Attendant.
Key Responsibilities- Set up banquet areas, including setting tables, arranging buffet displays, and ensuring all equipment is ready for service.
- Assist colleagues and kitchen staff as needed, and carry out reasonable duties requested by the supervisor or manager.
- Greet guests with a smile, offer assistance with coats and bags, and introduce yourself.
- Replenish drinks, maintain clean and organized areas, and ensure all service procedures are carried out to high standards.
- Acknowledge guest requests or offer alternatives, and understand relevant OH&S legislations and their implications on department operations.
- Motivated individuals who approach tasks with enthusiasm and seek opportunities to learn new skills.
- Flexible team players who respond quickly and positively to changing requirements.
- Guest-oriented professionals with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
