Banqueting F&B Attendant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service.

Your role involves setting up, serving, and cleaning up after banquets ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

  1. Creating a Positive First Impression - Welcome every single client and guest with a smile, setting the tone for their experience with us
  2. Providing Exceptional Service - Deliver high-quality food and beverage service following banquet operation standards
  3. Promoting Hospitality Standards - Prepare and serve drinks in a prompt manner, exceeding guest expectations
  4. Maintaining High Standards of Cleanliness - Help set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment
  5. Ensuring Smooth Service Operations - Take on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience in Food & Beverage Service - Strongly preferred
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills - Essential for building strong relationships with our guests
  • The Ability to Work Physically Demanding Roles - Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects up to 23 kg, involving bending and kneeling
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills - To turn issues into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with great memories
  • Flexibility to Work Rotating Rosters - Including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Australian Working Rights - Full rights are required for this position
