Executive Director of Shutdowns

Warrikal is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Shutdowns to lead and manage the sustainable growth of our Shutdown and Maintenance division. Based in our West Perth office and reporting to our Executive General Manager, this is a newly created role that will play a critical role in connecting the business and supporting future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Drive business growth to diversify Warrikal's client base and identify new business opportunities in established and emerging markets.
- Manage Key Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and growth.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain operational oversight of existing and upcoming works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- People and Workforce Planning: Support people and workforce planning activities to ensure adequate resource availability and skill development.
- Reporting and Analysis: Manage monthly report management, including contract valuation and cost (profit & loss) reporting.
- Safety and Quality: Drive and model appropriate behaviors related to safety and quality, ensuring a safe and diverse workplace.
- Business Development: Work closely with key internal stakeholders to support various business development and work-winning activities.
- Proposal Management: Oversee proposal management, including submissions and presentations.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong track record in senior leadership roles within the resource, mining, and/or oil & gas sectors. You will have:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Previous experience from within a similar senior leadership role, managing shutdown and/or maintenance works.
- Established Personal Brand: A strong personal brand and established local and national networks.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external key stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Capability: Proven problem-solving capability with a high level of resilience and resolve.
