About the Role
Finding Better Ways to Deliver Shutdowns
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Fixed Plant Shutdowns to join our Shutdown leadership team and lead the shutdown teams to success. As a seasoned Shutdown leader, you will be responsible for building and leading large multi-disciplined Shutdown maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a performance-based culture that drives exemplary safety behaviors and stable operating outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end fixed plant shutdown cycle and delivery of shutdowns safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Responsible for scheduling and executing Fixed Plant Shutdowns across all our Pilbara Mine Sites.
- Deploy and develop Fixed Plant Shutdown Maintenance teams and individuals.
- Ensure shut down management processes are applied in the context of the asset management strategy.
- Assess and manage risks over asset lifecycle, reviewing and auditing compliance.

- Your extensive Shutdown execution and leadership experience to build and lead high-performing Fixed Plant Shutdown Maintenance teams.
- Your exceptional stakeholder management skills are required, you will have held experience in partnership and collaboration across multi-disciplinary groups within a matrix organization.
- Courage to challenge operating conditions and your focus on production and performance will be required to succeed in this role.
