Job Overview:

The primary function of this role is to undertake routine and emergency HVAC maintenance at various warehouse locations. To be successful, you will work independently to deliver timely results while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

This position requires experience working in commercial or retail settings, preferably with multi-site management. A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician certificate, valid driver's license, and refrigerant handling license are essential requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services
  • Respond promptly to urgent HVAC requests
  • Work autonomously, anticipating and resolving issues to prevent critical system failures
  • Maintain effective communication and develop strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Participate in an on-call rota
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician certification
  • Refrigerant handling license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Previous commercial or retail experience, preferably with multi-site management
