Job Description

The Role:

  • As a seasoned HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance across a network of sites.
  • You will work under the guidance of a Technical Manager to maintain high standards across your locations, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking full responsibility for delivering repairs and maintenance services.
  • Responding to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
  • Working autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues, preventing critical breakdowns.
  • Being an effective communicator and developing strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
  • Participating in a rotational on-call roster.
