The Role: HVAC Maintenance Specialist

In this critical role, you will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance across a cluster of Bunnings Warehouse sites. You will work closely with the National Technical Manager to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Respond to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
  • Work autonomously, anticipating and resolving issues, preventing critical breakdowns.
  • Develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
  • Participate in an on-call roster.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential.
  • Refrigerant handling license - essential.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous commercial or retail experience, preferably multi-site management.
