Job Overview:

The HVAC Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to a cluster of retail sites.

This role involves working closely with the National Technical Manager to maintain high standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include taking full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services, responding to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner, and working autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues.

As a skilled tradesperson, you will be comfortable working independently, have excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician, refrigerant handling license, valid driver's license, and previous commercial or retail experience.
