About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Specialist. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Taking ownership of repairs and maintenance services
  2. Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests
  3. Working autonomously to identify and resolve issues, preventing critical breakdowns
  4. BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  5. Participating in an on-call roster

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A qualified refrigeration and air conditioning technician certification
  • A refrigerant handling license
  • A valid driver's license
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH A FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
  • Prior experience in commercial or retail settings, preferably with multi-site management
