About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Faculty of Education, working across the Trust. Apprenticeships play a vital role in recruitment, retention, and training of staff.

The Assessor/Coach is a specialist role that focuses on coordinating the planning and delivery of Apprenticeships training programmes. This includes collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff development and progression.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of Apprenticeship training programmes.
  • Facilitate face-to-face support for apprentices to acquire required knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
  • Manage a caseload of apprentices, planning support through all aspects of their programme.

This is a fixed-term position until October 2026. Interview dates are scheduled for Clinical – 15th October and Corporate – 16th October.
