Clinical Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our faculty of education, working across multiple sites.
This role is pivotal in planning and delivering apprenticeships training programs at levels 2 and 3.
You will work closely with internal colleagues in clinical areas to create opportunities for staff development and progression.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Lead Technical Trainer to devise individual programs tailored to each apprentice's needs.
- Coordinate on-programme elements, supporting portfolio creation showcasing apprentices' knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Mapped mandatory training onto apprenticeships to maximize learning opportunities.
- Deliver group-based teaching sessions as required.
- Manage learner journeys, ensuring timely completion of qualifications, gateway, and EPA requirements.
