Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to join our People Enablement team in Southbank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our leaders and people to ensure that upcoming change initiatives are embedded in our ways of working and delivered in alignment with our change management framework and people processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys contributing at various levels of an organization, loves delivering outcomes, and embodies a flexible 'can-do' mindset. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and execute change management plans that support strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute change management plans that support strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments and identify people risks of delivery.
  • Identify the overall change management approach for the initiative, and define what this means for our people and stakeholders, including key activities and success measurements.
  • Support our leaders to be front and centre of the change initiative.
  • Perform ongoing change readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for upcoming transitions, adjusting plans as needed based on results.
  • Contribute to delivering consistent change outcomes in alignment with Enterprise Change Management governance, training and communications framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a good combination of:

  • Desirable Change Management qualification and/or training.
  • Proven experience in transformational or complex change management environments in various sectors.
  • Strong process experience and ability to develop bite-sized learning.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple competing activities and a strong ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication experience.
  • Ability to liaise cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders.
