The OpportunityWe seek an Executive Site Leader who can oversee our site operations, ensuring all work is conducted efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, delivering quality repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Workplace Safety: Manage our WHS management system, report and record any safety incidents or near misses.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service, monitor scores and feedback.
- Quality Control: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, resolve any quality or safety concerns.
- Operational Management: Oversee production workshop management, maximise capacity, and ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor site profitability, prepare and/or review P&Ls, budgets, and management reports.
- Leadership and Team Development: Build and maintain positive work relationships, oversee the team, and handle employee misconduct/grievances.
