We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our remote projects.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong project management skills to take charge of project delivery from planning through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, schedules, safety, and stakeholder engagement across our remote worksites.

  • Develop and maintain a master project plan; manage updates and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of remote projects, ensuring high standards of quality and environmental compliance.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in the civil or mining industries.
  • Proven success delivering remote or site-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, programs, and construction methodology.
  • Ability to travel and work away from home for extended periods.
  • Confident leading teams and subcontractors in remote environments.
