Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to work within a retail shopping centre located on the Central Coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of resources, including chemicals, materials, and uniforms, in accordance with contractual agreements, QHSE plans, and regulatory guidelines.

The Site Supervisor will be directly responsible to the Client Services Manager and will have responsibility for:

  • Managing and maintaining cleaning services on site to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • Promoting and encouraging a safe working environment for staff and others.
  • Ensuring chemicals, equipment, and materials are adequate for daily work.
  • Identifying and recording any problems related to products, processes, and quality systems.
  • Initiating action to prevent non-conformances and identifying solutions through designated channels.
  • Providing training to staff, including toolbox talks and record-keeping of training sessions.
  • Implementing company policies and procedures in accordance with our Quality Management, WHS, and Environmental Management System.
  • Monitoring required management systems within the area of responsibility.
  • Conducting workplace and work health and safety inspections and reporting incidents, accidents, and injuries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, good attitude, and willingness to learn. They must also have Australian working rights and a Police Check Report.
