Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Our esteemed organization is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our repair shop. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a strong background in management, enabling them to effectively supervise teams and manage site operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS protocols and reporting any incidents or near misses.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service by monitoring scores and feedback, and taking necessary actions to address concerns.
  • Quality Assurance and Vehicle Management: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition through thorough QA inspections and resolve quality or safety concerns promptly.
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production targets, manage vehicle flow, and ensure adherence to Job Sheets, Repair Methods, and SOPs.
  • Financial Performance and Reporting: Manage site profitability, prepare P&Ls, budgets, and ARC reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive work culture, oversee team performance, and handle employee misconduct/grievances in conjunction with HR.
