About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished leader to head our national Substations & Transmission business across Australia. This role has accountability for the profitability and operational success of the Substations & Transmission business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of proposals and build and manage a team with specialist capabilities for best practice delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Asia as well as North & South America to bolster our offering in Australia and bring the best in class to our clients.
  • Use commercial acumen to continue to grow our brand and manage resources and capabilities to ensure outstanding client care.
  • Lead a business unit or a profit center within a consulting services environment and take commercial responsibility for major projects and businesses.
  • Experience in leading teams from varied backgrounds and cultures and relevant degree, ideally with Chartered status or equivalent professional experience.
