We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Legal Advisor - Energy Transition. This role will involve providing legal expertise on energy transition projects, working closely with our business units to drive informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy law, regulatory compliance, and governance. They will be able to communicate complex legal concepts effectively and provide strategic advice to our business leaders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice on energy transition projects, including renewable energy and energy storage
  • Assisting with regulatory compliance, including AFSL and AML/CTF obligations
  • Collaborating with our business units to drive informed decision-making
  • Developing and implementing governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance
