Become a key contributor to driving business growth and innovation at Dental Corporation as a Digital Transformation Lead.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be working closely with the General Manager of Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity to deliver transformational projects that drive commercial outcomes. Your primary objective will be to support the execution of the company's roadmap through engagement within the team and across other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and prepare reports, papers, and presentations in support of the transformation agenda.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for process optimisation or redesign, achieving strong return on investment.
  • Assist the Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity leadership team in developing opportunities and identifying capability or operational gaps that need to be filled.
  • Design and implement new operating models for the teams, helping functional leads define qualitative and quantitative metrics and coaching team members on new ways of working.
  • Provide support in coaching and upskilling functional teams within Analytics, Insights and Claims Integrity to think differently and maximise outcomes through sustained change.
  • Support requirements gathering via workshops, interviews, and desktop research.
  • Use data to determine root causes of problems and ensure proposed solutions are sustainable from the people, process, and technology perspective.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possession of project management-related certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile) is favourable but not required.
  • Any further studies or demonstrated self-learning will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in supporting a large team with transformation, organisational change, process optimisation, or innovation projects, delivering commercial outcomes with a service-based industry.
  • Experience in helping to influence a diverse range of stakeholders through compelling business cases.
  • Strong written and presentation skills and the ability to convert data into insight and prepare compelling, persuasive reports and presentations.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
