We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Spark Foundry, a renowned marketing and communications agency. About the Role:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across various clients, focusing on strategy, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative directors, and media planners, to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies.
  • Leverage expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and programmatic advertising to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their business objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform campaign optimization and future strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation
  • Review client briefs and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis, ensuring clients receive actionable insights to inform their business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Team Collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Foster open communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital media-related role, preferably with a focus on SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent understanding of the Australian media landscape and ability to navigate complex industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What We Offer:
