Expert Workplace Relations Employment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Relations Employment & Safety professional to join our team in Melbourne. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in employment law practice.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting reviewing advising on employment contracts policies and procedures;
- Advising on complex industrial relations enterprise bargaining negotiations;
- Providing strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management grievances and terminations;
- Interpreting legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009 Cth associated regulations;
- Running supporting litigation matters involving unfair dismissal general protections contractual disputes;
- Mentoring supporting junior lawyers graduates within the team.
- 4–6 years post-admission experience in employment law practice private practice in-house;
- A strong understanding of employment legislation industrial relations frameworks;
- Experience acting in all major courts;
- Excellent drafting communication skills;
- The ability to work closely build strong relationships with clients team members;
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset juggling competing priorities.
