Workplace Relations Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to deliver expert guidance and support across a broad range of workplace relations matters.

This pivotal role will operationalise strategy, policy, and governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice on industrial instruments, legislation, and policies.
  • Implementing changes necessitated by law reforms, Award, and enterprise agreement updates.
  • Supporting enterprise bargaining and change management processes.
  • Maintaining internal resource libraries relevant to workplace relations.

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker who is able to manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in executing a strategic and consistent Workplace Relations approach across the business.
  2. Engage in maintenance of internal resource libraries relevant to workplace relations.
  3. Provide timely and accurate reporting, and supporting, guiding, coaching, and advising on all matters related to workplace relations.
  4. Working constructively with business leaders and union officials, support the resolution of industrial matters.
