Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous administration or customer service experience in a related field, preferably in an older demographic setting.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification, with computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
